Think about it for a moment, what the hell is the IRS going to do with everyone&#039;s purchase records? First, it&#039;d be a violation of the 4th amendment. Second, they&#039;d be inundated with information. Third, you&#039;re probably going to say that they&#039;ll hand it to the FBI. That&#039;s already been tried and shot down by the courts. The FBI still would need a warrant even from the IRS.
