通风风管中风管与支吊架安装注意事项

镀锌排烟管道中有风管、支撑架、支架等附注，其安裝分成两一部分，一部分是风管，包含共板法兰风管、镀锌焊接风管，另一部分是支撑架和支架，这两一部分有下列详尽內容。

(5)输气管可燃气体时，或是处在这类自然环境下时，假如必须采用必需的接地装置对策来防护温度超出80℃的气体，请采用必需的防护对策。

(6)务必开展密封性解决，以防管路底端无缝。

(7)管路穿过木地板和墙面时，应应用埋进管和防护防水套管，中间应密封性柔性原材料。

(8)当风喉与机器设备联接时，须在其布线处设定一个柔性短管，其长短须为150-300mm或要求的长短。

(9)测量冷轧焊接风阀的孔的位置，须在没有产生涡流的区域内选定，并须方便测量和观察。

2.支吊架

(1)支吊架的所有配件，其所用材料的使用，应符合设计要求以及参数要求。

(2)管路的较大容许安裝间距，吊架的少规格型号应符合规定。

(4)切勿将支撑点支架设定在机器设备的实际操作部。 固定不动支撑点支架时，应用胀形钢筋锚固地脚螺栓开展固定不动，应用胀形钢筋锚固地脚螺栓务必符合要求的规定。
